This simultaneously opens the Kubera axis (North — wealth) and the Surya axis (East — health/growth). The NE corner where both roads meet is Ishaan Kona — Shiva's divine corner. Unlike a single-road plot, the double-road configuration amplifies energy flow through two orthogonal channels, creating a multiplicative effect.
